Johnny Cash grew up during the Great Depression and took an interest in music. He eventually moved out of Arkansas to join the German Air Force. He buys his first guitar, writes his own songs, and then proposes to Vivian. He was a successful salesman when they were married. He meets a man who is able to pursue his goals and ends up recording with the boys. He was soon on his first tour, to promote his songs. Then he met June Carter, who is already well-known and gorgeous. They have a deep and unspoken bond that develops as they embark on long-term trips with Jerry Lee Lewis, June and the boys. He was also a drug addict when June left the tour. He was also a drug addict and his marriage was in disarray. When he meets June at an awards ceremony, he makes it a point to take June on tour again. June promises to continue supporting her children and himself. As the tour continues, John’s relationship with June grows more and his marriage to his second wife is ended. June learns about John’s drug use and helps him to overcome it. John finally stopped using drugs thanks to true love and caring. He proposed to June in front of a crowd at a concert. –kayleigh
