I’m in Love with a Church Girl
Miles Montego (Ja rule) is a wealthy man with everything – cars and boats, wealth, beauty, money, men, and more. But, what’s most important, his past. Miles Montego (Ja Rule) is an ex-highly paid drug dealer who has become completely legal. The DEA won’t let Miles go, even though he has changed his mind. Miles is loyal to former coworkers and friends who have not yet retired from this lucrative industry. Miles is struggling to stay on the right side. He meets the girl of his dreams, but it’s not the same girl he used to date. Vanessa (Adrienne Baileyon) is a girl who belongs to the church in all its senses. Their faith, strength and love for God are put to the test. God continues to chip away on Miles’ faith and strength through his past struggles, including the loss of his mother and federal charges against his friends. The strain on Miles’ relationship with Vanessa and the near death of her husband, as well as the indictments of his friends, along with the stress on their marriage, lead to Miles being unable to keep up with his expectations.
