Better Off Dead…
Lane Meyer, a teenager has a crush upon Beth Truss. Lane becomes depressed after Beth tells him to leave Roy Stalin to be with her successful skier, and he decides to kill himself. He gives up, but he tries to learn how to ski K12 to impress Beth. His neighbor, Mrs. Smith, receives Monique Junot as an exchange student from France. Ricky Smith is a fat boy and considers Monique her girlfriend. However Monique develops a crush on Lane. Lane meets Monique at a high school party and becomes friends with her. Roy challenges Lane to a ski competition at the K12, but Lane regrets it. Monique, a skilled mechanic and skier is still able to fix Lane’s Camaro. She also teaches Lane how to ski on the K12 slope.
