The Young Karl Marx

Karl Marx, 26, embarks on the journey to exile with Jenny his wife. He meets Friedrich Engels in Paris 1844, the son of an industrialist, and he investigates the shambolic birth of the British working class. Engels, the dapper, is the final piece to young Karl Marx’s vision of the future. They will be the leaders of the modern labor movement, which is undergoing censorship, police repression and riots.
