The Resistance Banker

Walraven van hall, an Amsterdam family banker, enthusiastically agrees to finance the resistance with fake credit, which is guaranteed by the Dutch government exile. He exceeds his guaranteed amount and coordinates resistance elements. However, the Germans and their collaborators create a huge operation to locate and roll-up the “underground bank”. The Allied forces are approaching and a much larger amount is required to fund a major railway strike. However, the regular systems have exhausted. Walraven devises a bold plan to free funds from the bank using a complicated web of forged promissory note. But the ruthless SS are on Walraven’s trail. –KGF Vissers
