The Pact (2012)
Nichole Barlow arrives in San Pedro to be with Eva, her daughter. Annie, her sister from her divorce, is called by Nichole to assist her in resolving pending business issues. Annie however is too upset about the poor treatment she received and doesn’t want to go back to her childhood home. Nichole persuades her sister to attend the funeral and she does. Nichole disappears and Eva remains with Nichole’s cousin Liz. Annie, who claims supernatural happenings in the house happen but disappears with Liz, becomes prime suspect. Bill Creek, an open-minded detective, takes over the investigation. He discovers something strange in the house. Annie calls Stevie, a medium who believes that Liz and Nichole have disappeared because of the ghost of their mother. Annie is warned by the woman that there are great dangers in her house.
