The Day After Tomorrow

Jack Hall, Paleoclimatologist in Antartica discovers that an enormous ice sheet is being sheared away. He doesn’t know that this will cause a major climate change that will impact the global population. His son Sam, who is also in New York City with his friends to attend an event, arrives. They discover it’s been raining for three days. Then, everyone realizes that the world is entering an Ice Age. People are trying to flee to warmer regions of the south. Jack dares to save his son and friends stuck in New York City. They have survived a huge wave and freezing temperatures which could kill them. –John Wiggins
