Road House 2: Last Call

Deep undercover in New York is Shane Tanner (DEA agent), the son of a legend cooler named Dalton. He learns his uncle Nate Tanner was attacked by a group because he didn’t want the Black Pelican to be sold. Shane heads to Louisiana in search of the attackers who assaulted Nate. Shane agrees to remain in Nate’s home for the moment and manage the Black Pelican while Nate is gone, much to Bill “Wild Bill” Decarie’s dismay. Wild Bill would like to purchase the Black Pelican because it is in an ideal location to run drugs. It’s located near the Texas-Florida border and is in an area that allows drugs to be easily smuggled almost undetected. Shane isn’t interested in selling and damages Bill’s many thugs. Shane is still puzzled about the murder of Dalton, who was killed years ago. Shane was a young state trooper in Tyree when he found Dalton dead at his home. Shane was then transferred to the DEA and made his way out of town. Wild Bill’s boss Victor Crost (Miami crime syndicate kingpin) decides it is time for him to take control of matters because Wild Bill’s men have not been doing an adequate job. Shane soon finds himself in a difficult situation with a small staff at the Black Pelican. Shane team up with Beau Hampton (a local teacher) to rid Louisiana of Victor and Wild Bill. –Todd Baldridge
