Victoria Tremont is tired of her life as a social butterfly and longs for a special person. When a stranger approaches her coffee shop, Tremont immediately turns up the charm. She is perplexed when he doesn’t respond to her flirting as men do. He runs an organization that creates affordable housing. She discovers she can volunteer to help him. It doesn’t matter if the ministry is faith-based. It’s not like pretending to be a church person or liking sports. Jason Holman moved to escape women who aren’t committed. He is the coordinator of Home Base, an organization that builds basic housing for people who otherwise wouldn’t be able. He just needs a way to get over his loneliness.
