Hell is Empty
Hell Is Empty is the story of how a self-proclaimed messiah invites an unredeemed soul to join his sister-wives cult on an Edenic Island. This upsets the delicate balance between a utopian community that is fixated on salvation and sin. The horror-thriller combines arthouse flair with edge-of your seat suspense. It follows two teenager runaways, who are increasingly suspicious about the leader of the cult. Lydia is 8 months pregnant by Saratoga, the supposed “son God” when he arrives on the island. The makeshift family spirals into violence and paranoia, and Lydia and Saratoga plan a daring escape to transform them from being outcasts into avenging angels.
