G.I. Joe: Retaliation

In this sequel, which picks up soon after G.I.’s events, the Joes team up to stop Cobra becoming world supreme. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Cobra Commander, Destro and Destro have been imprisoned by the U.S. in an underground prison. The U.S. president Jonathan Pryce calls upon the Joes for help to protect Pakistan’s nuclear weapons before it falls into the hands of the enemy. The surprise attack that decimated the Joes after they had completed their mission successfully ends the Joes’ chances of survival. Roadblock (Dwayne Johns), Lady Jaye, and Flint (D.J. Cotrona are the only survivors. The two are convinced something’s wrong in the White House and Lady Jaye suggests that an impostor may be pretending to the commanding officer in chief. Bad guys Storm Shadow (Lee Byung Hun) and Firefly, Ray Stevenson, team up to free Cobra Commander (Luke Bracey). As Storm Shadow is unable to bear the pain of being extracted, Snake Eyes and Jinx (Elodie Yuung) capture him. They also discover a surprising secret about the past. Zartan (Arnold Vosloo) has convened an international summit for nuclear disarmament to bring all the world’s leaders to his knees. Cobra is now holding the whole world hostage using a new weapon that has been placed on the satellites of the planet. It’s up the Joes to rescue the day.
