Freaky Friday (2003)

It is evident that Tess Coleman’s teenage daughter Anna has a wide generation gap. Their preferences are simply not compatible. They have an argument at a Chinese restaurant on a Thursday night. Each receives a fortune cookie from the mother of the restaurant’s owner, which leads to them switching bodies the next day. They begin to get along with each other as they adapt to their differences. Eventually, it is mutual respect that makes the difference. –Soumitra
