Doctor Who: Shada
This story centers around Shada on the universe, where the Time Lords built a prison high-security for the most violent criminals of the Universe. Skagra is a Dronoid-born flawed genius who wants to build a Universal Mind, where all of the knowledge from the greatest criminals in the Universe would be at his fingertips. He also plans to control the Universe. Skagra would like to visit Shada and get the secrets of those criminals currently held there. Skagra is disappointed to learn that the Time Lords have deliberately concealed the Shada location. However, Skagra finds out that there may be a Time Lord who lives on Earth during the twenty-first century and could hold the key. The Time Lord, who is claiming to be a Professor at St. Cedd’s College in Cambridge, calls himself Professor Chronotis. Chronotis, sensing danger, calls upon his friend, and protégé, the Doctor. In the final act of the story, Chronotis fights for control over The Universal Mind. Robert Gil
