Osbourne cox is a Balkan expert who resigned as CIA director because of a drinking issue. He then begins a memoir. He wants his wife to get divorced and expects Harry, the philandering State Department marshal to abandon him. At a Georgetown gym, a CD-ROM is found in a bag. There are two employees trying to convert it into cash. Chad and Linda want money for plastic surgery. The disc’s information leads to Osbourne, who refuses the sales pitch. They then visit the Russian Embassy. They decide to sweeten the deal by obtaining more Osbourne secrets. Linda’s boss is a fan, so Harry’s wife goes on a book tour. There are many roads that lead to Osbourne’s home. —
