Former C.I.A. agent Calvin Dexter was forced to resign in 1994 after his daughter died in Panama. Calvin Dexter, former C.I.A. agent became a private “specialist”, assisting in cases that wouldn’t be able to reach the courts through regular channels. He accepts Richard Edmonds’ offer to help his father, the influential and wealthy businessman Stephen Edmonds. Rickie went to a Canadian private war victim charity in Bosnia, and then he disappeared. Dexter finds out that Rickie had been beaten and drowned by Zoran Zilic, his Serbian paramilitary order. Stephen is offered to finish the job, as war criminals are not prosecuted. However, Deputy C.I.A. Paul Devereaux, Director of C.I.A. is focused on a nuclear weapons project for which he would like to use Zilic. C.I.A. Frank McBride, troubleshooter, is assigned to guard him and manage Dexter. –KGF Vissers
