Atlantis: The Lost Empire

1914: Milo Thatch (grandson of Thaddeus Thatch), works in a boiler room at a museum. The fact that Atlantis is real makes him confident. He also knows that he will be able to get there with the help of his mysterious Shephards journal. He needs to find someone to finance the voyage. He is deemed a dotty by his employer and refuses funding any wild idea. He goes back to his apartment, where he finds a female. He is taken to Preston B. Whitmore by his grandmother, who was an old friend. He presents him with the shepherd’s journal, a submarine, and a crew of five stars. The crew travels through the Atlantic Ocean, encounters a huge lobster named the Leviathan and eventually arrives at Atlantis. Is there a passion for discovery or another reason the Atlantis crew is on this journey? —
