A Walk to Remember
A prank on someone, especially in Beaufort North Carolina, goes wrong. The student is taken to the clinic. Carter, an infamous student who has no future plans, is found guilty and ordered to participate in community service after school activities. This includes starring in the play. Jamie Sullivan is the reverend’s daughter and participates in these activities. She has high ambitions but nothing to do with Landon. Landon begins spending most of his time with Jamie after deciding he is going to be serious about his activities. He finds he likes her in a way he didn’t expect. Their relationship is a rocky one, to Landon’s dismay and Jamie’s reverend father’s disappointment. Landon and Jamie discover the truth about love and destiny when they learn a terrible secret that threatens their relationship. –Pjshipman
