A Ghost Story
The old house resonates with vivid memories and the silent echoes from a shared life. “C”, the sensitive composer, hesitates to leave it. “M”, his beloved wife, however, wants to move out. She has an unmistakable, but terrifying, premonition about danger. C’s untethered ghost, which emerges from his lifeless body and decides to stay in that dimension and follow M home to her old house, quickly causes disaster. C’s inscrutable phantom is as silent as a shadow, and invisible as the air. He watches M’s depression and denial, and then slowly turns to acceptance, and sometimes even hope as the years pass.
