Bring It On
Rancho Carne High School’s Toro cheerleading team has spirit, spunk and sass. They are sure to win the national title trophy for sixth consecutive year. But for newly-elected team captain Torrance, the Toros’ road to total cheer glory takes a shady turn when she discovers that their perfectly-choreographed routines were in fact stolen from the Clovers, a hip-hop squad from East Compton, by the Toro’s former captain. The Toros are scrambling to find a new routine while the Clovers under squad captain Isis struggle to make enough money for their trip to the championships. Both captains are under pressure and time is running out. Torrance and Isis both want to save the Toros’ reputation. Isis, however, wants to ensure that the Clovers get the attention they deserve. Only one team will win the title. Let the best teams prevail. —
