1922

It has shades of Edgar Allen Poe’s “A Tell-tale Heart” and [“The Black Cat”], 1922. A Bonny and Clyde subplot is based on Stephen King’s novella. The story centers on Wilfred, a simple farmer who murders his wife with the help of his son. James’ farm and James are both plagued by strange and unnatural occurrences shortly afterward. Are these just bad luck or are they the result of some more sinister forces? –Jake Logsdon
