Wheely lost his rookie status and was forced to become a downtown taxi driver with debts mounting and an ego bruised. Putt Putt was his friend and Feng Shui/philosophical fan. All was going well until Wheely, an elite supermodel from society’s upper ranks, fell head-over-heels over Bella. She has a boyfriend, which is worse. Bella is a street-smart, ghetto-like and funny-guy character that Wheely finds appealing ….. But Ben, Wheely’s obstinate boyfriend, blocks her from getting to know Bella better.
