WALL·E

A distant future in which mankind is dead, WALL-E has left a garbage collection robot to clear up all the trash. The robot is captivated by trinkets about Earth’s history, show tunes and sprightly pet crickets. EVE is a dangerous and sleek reconnaissance robot sent by EVE to Earth one day to prove that human life can be sustained again. EVE falls for WALL-E. EVE is saved by WALL-E from a duststorm and shown a live plant that he discovered in the rubble. EVE follows her directive and takes the plant. It automatically goes into a state of deactivation except for a blinking light beacon. Although WALL-E doesn’t know what happened to EVE, he loves her and protects her even though she isn’t responding. WALL-E rides on the exterior of a huge ship that is trying to save EVE. It arrives at the large space cruise ship that is transporting all those who had evacuated Earth 700 year ago. People of Earth are able to ride in hovering chairs around the space resort, which provide them with a continuous stream of television and video chat. Out of laziness, bone loss and/or lazyness, they eat all their food through straws and can’t move. The auto-pilot computer attempts to stop the Earthlings from returning. It does so based on outdated instructions that were sent centuries ago. WALL-E and EVE then stage a rebellion.
