Troy

It’s the 1250 B.C. It is the end of the Bronze age. After Paris, the Trojan prince convinces Helen of Sparta to abandon her husband Menelaus and go back with him to Troy, two emerging nations clash. Menelaus discovers that his wife has been taken by the Trojans and asks Agamemnon, his brother, to assist him in bringing her home. Agamemnon views this as a chance to gain power. They set sail with 1000 ships and 50,000 Greeks, which they did to Troy. The Greeks defeat the Trojans, which they have never defeated before with the aid of Achilles. Hector, the Prince of Troy brings them to an abrupt halt. The entire movie depicts their struggles in battle and foreshadowing fate, as well as the adaptation of Homer’s “The Iliad” classic. –Mensur Gjonbalaj
