The Refuge
Markus Hunter (Keith Sutliff) is a getaway driver/gunman who lives alone in Los Angeles, California. He does jobs all around the city and abroad. A former employer, Frank, is well-known for Hunter’s excellent reputation as a driver/gunman. He contracts him to do a job that involves the heisting of casino money. This was from a loan that was never paid. Markus makes a few contacts and ends up recruiting help from his colleague, Watts. He’s worked with Watts in many other jobs. Markus’ life is not as planned. People start looking for him. They also look for his associates and Staci, the person they trust most. Markus tries to put an end to the turmoil, but it only leads to more chaos. Markus realizes that he has to make the most important decision in his life. –Anonymous
