2007. Manuel Lopez-Vidal, a Spanish veteran politician, is the right-hand man of Frias autonomous community president. He lives in a high-class life with Ines (his wife) and their teen daughter Nati. His long career and respect from his friends and party members such as Fernando, Bermejo and Gallardo, hide the truth. Manuel Lopez-Vidal is corrupt and crooked. He and his friends have been deviating from foreign aid and using any illegal means to get money since childhood. Manuel comforts his fellow friends by trying to maintain silence when Gallardo is accused of fraud and political corruption. It’s discovered in newspapers that Gallardo has spoken about the matter in private conversations. Manuel’s fictional world of honor and respect crumbles. The party ends its next year’s elections and closes the ranks. Frias disengages himself from Manuel to clean up his record, while the other partners accuse him of being corrupt. Manuel believes that there may be a traitor who is sending information to police. Manuel makes desperate arrangements to meet Alvarado, the new politician in the party. He agrees to give Manuel all the evidence he has and Alvarado will help Manuel escape jail. Manuel races against time to locate evidences to destroy his friends and to prove himself guilty.
