The Outpost

Many outposts were set up to manage the Taliban movement’s supply chain and control them during the war in Afghanistan. One of them was Camp Keating. It is located in a valley that’s surrounded by mountains. Although being attacked by Talibans was normal, the group tried to win respect from elders in their villages and had them stop any further skirmishes. When 400 Talibans gathered for an unexpected attack, they were left to use their weak defenses, lack of ammunition, and limited manpower to survive, and return to the loved ones. –heyitsnuel
