The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
Sideshow performers of Doctor Parnassus promise to take the audience on a trip to the “Imaginarium”, an imagined world controlled by Doctor Parnassus. This is where all dreams can come true. According to Doctor Parnassus’s stories to Valentina and Anton, the Midget Percy tells of his life for over a thousand years. However, when he was infatuated with a mortal girl, he struck a deal with Mr. Nick, trading his immortality to gain youth. He made a deal with Mr. Nick to give his child or son a gift on their 16th birthday. Valentina has almost reached her doomed years and Doctor Parnassus made a bet that whoever seduces the five souls of the Imaginarium, Valentina will win the prize. The troupe saves Tony from being hanged by the Russians. Tony was pursued by the Russians until he found and joined the group.
