The Hangover
Doug Billings, an Angelenos from California, and Tracy Garner will soon be married. The four wedding guests – Doug and Stu Price’s best friends and Doug’s cousins – will be able to hop in Tracy’s Mercedes convertible and have a 24 hour stag do from Tracy’s home in Las Vegas. Phil is a high school teacher who has been married for over ten years. He’s the same level of maturity as his peers when he spends time with his friends. Stu is a dentist and worries about every detail, even Melissa, his control girlfriend. Because Melissa doesn’t like traditional male bonding rituals, Stu lies to her about his stag. He tells her they will be going on a Napa Valley wine tasting tour. He plans to marry her regardless of the wishes and advice from his friends. Alan appears to not be aware of western social graces. Each of them wakes up in their hotel room with the most severe hangovers one morning after arriving in Las Vegas. They don’t remember what the last twelve hours have been like. It is a mess. There are certain items that aren’t needed in the room, while others that are necessary are not there. Doug is the one most crucial in this category. Doug is the most important of the two. Using only the information that they have, Phil, Stu, and Alan attempt to locate Doug. They embark on a quest to discover how and why certain items got in the suite. They are in a time crunch as they must find Doug within the next hour or they will have to tell Tracy why they’re not back in Los Angeles. They may never find Doug before the wedding. –Huggo
