The Greatest Showman
American entertainer Phineas Taylor Barnum will be forever remembered for his ability to make the real and the imaginary seem possible. He was orphaned and penniless. The son of a tailor opens a wax museum. However, his focus shifts quickly to the unusual and peculiar and he introduces extraordinary and never-before-seen live acts to the circus stage. Some people consider Barnum’s vast collection of strangeities a freak show. But Phineas is obsessed with cheers and respectability and will risk everything to win Jenny Lind as an opera singer to make it appealing to high-brow audiences. He may lose sight of what is most important in his life, his family. Barnum is the most famous showman. Will he risk his life to get accepted? –Nick Riganas
