The Condo
Duke was a quick-talking agent who knew his way around real estate. He couldn’t get the condo sold because of one murderous owner. Prospective buyers fled in a rush. His poker friends were complaining about not having a place for their mistresses. Duke was able to see a way out. Their mistresses have been being lied to, including lying about their single status and why they didn’t have somewhere to make love. So Ron D. the comedian, Tom the shy, henpecked and Juan the gay dance instructor, joined forces with Duke to rent the condo to turn it into their home and become their love nest. When they schedule their night together with their mistress, it is nearly a disaster before things get started. They come up with the best plan thanks to their quick talking skills and good fortune. They each get the condo for a week per month. This gives them the time to make changes to the photos and clothes, and to avoid any suspicions or questions. The good life continues until an insane mistress, an Arab family that wants to stonify someone, and a suspicious spouse start a chain reaction which brings everyone together at the condo the same time. Anger wives, Muslim fanatics, gun-wheedling cops, and pissed mistresses all make this a hilarious love story. Bill Dumas and Bill Morroni
