Spud 3: Learning to Fly
Spud Milton’s awkward stroll through his adolescence reveals one of the most valuable lessons in life: It is never easy to deal with women or cretins. Spud, sixteen years old, writes confidently that he is practically a man in all areas. It is 1992 in South Africa and radical changes are in the air. Although the country is on a bumpy path to uncertain times, Spud Milton hopes for smooth sailing as he goes back to his senior year at boarding school. He discovers his arch-enemy, the vindictive and vindictive arch enemy, is back to taunt and that a garrulous Malawian, who he considers his friends, has moved into his dormitory. Spud has never felt more secure in his world. He tries to learn Shakespeare and wrestles with the power of negative thought.
