Sex and the City

Carrie Bradshaw moves in with Mr. Big in a beautiful New York apartment. It turns out that the wedding is anything but an impulsive affair. The guest list grows quickly from 75 to 200 people, Carrie Bradshaw’s plain, unadorned wedding dress gives way to a huge, oversized gown that looks like she has a giant cream puff. The event, which will be held at New York Public Library, is going to be featured in Vogue’s photo spread. Meanwhile, Carrie’s girlfriends–Samantha, the sexpot; Charlotte, the sweet naif; and Miranda, the rigid perfectionist–could not be happier. Carrie’s girlfriends couldn’t have been happier. Charlotte has yet to realize her dream of becoming pregnant. Samantha finds a committed, loving relationship harder than she can imagine. Miranda allows her unhappiness to spoil Carrie’s. She spots Mr. Big after a heated conversation with Steve and says that he is crazy for her to marry him. In reality, she’s only concerned with her own marital affairs. However, her angry comment gets Mr. Big thinking. –J. Spurlin
