Porky’s

A group of teenager males from Florida’s Angel Beach High School set out to get their virginity back in 1954. The boys engage in sexual liaisons with their female classmates, whose secret surveillance reveals that Tommy, Billy and Pee Wee are watching. Pee Wee, who is always the victim of cruel pranks, is most insecure. Tim is a good guy and deals well with his learned racism, which surfaces when Brian Schwartz arrives as a student. Schwartz is Jewish. Roy Brackett, the new Boys’ Physical Education coach, is attracted by Miss Lynn Honeywell as a cheerleading coach. However, he doesn’t want her to follow him all the way. Brackett wants to discover why Miss Honeywell has been nicknamed “Lassie” by Coach Warren. These shady activities offend Miss Beulah Balbricker (Girls’ Phys Ed coach), who is determined to uphold the moral standard of the school. Mickey (whose brother Ted, the sheriff of the area, is involved in boys’ missions) suggests to the boys that they visit Porky’s in Wallacetown, a nearby bar/unofficial brothel, in order to get their virginity back. The violent Porky owns Porky’s, and his actions are supported in part by his brother the sheriff. Porky, his brother the sheriff and the rest of the posse create a feud among the boys. The collective fury is fuelled by Mickey. The boys will discover that although they won’t be able beat Porky using their fists they can use some ingenuity to win the battle, it may be possible to defeat him with their minds. This may end up hurting Porky even more. –Huggo
