Ocean’s Eight
Debbie Ocean (the younger sister to the late Danny Ocean) meets her ex-partner-in-crime Lou after her release. They try to persuade her to take part in a heist she had planned during her time in prison. Lou and Debbie assemble their rest of the team. They include Rose Weil (a disgraced fashion design who is heavily indebted to the IRS); Amita (a jewelry maker who is keen to start her own business); Nine Ball (a computer hacker); Constance (a pickpocket and street hustler); Tammy (a profiteer, another Debbie friend, and Tammy), who have been selling stolen goods from her suburban family home. Debbie will steal the Toussaint Cartier necklace worth $150 million from the Met Gala and then use Daphne Kluger (a Met Gala host) as a mule.
