Much Ado About Nothing (2012)
Leonato (Clark Gregg), Messina’s governor, is visited in person by Don Pedro (Reed Diamond), his friend who just returned from an unsuccessful campaign against Don John (Sean Maher). Don Pedro is accompanied by two of his officers, Benedick (Alexis Denisof), and Claudio (Fran Krunz). Claudio is attracted to Leonato’s girl Hero (Jillian Mogese) while Benedick verbally squabbles with Beatrice, the governor’s niece. Don Pedro arranges for Leonato to marry Claudio because of their budding romance. Don Pedro, Leonato and Hero help him to try to seduce Benedick, Beatrice and Claudio into falling for each other. With the support of Conrade (Rikilindhome) and Borachio(Spencer Treat Clark), Don John plots to ruin the happy couple using his own trickery. The two lovers may not find true happiness.
