Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms
All the residents of the land of Iolph stop ageing in their teens and live hundreds of years. Maquia feels alone despite her idyllic and peaceful home. One day the Mesarte army arrives in Iolph to seek the blood of the Iolph people for their immortality. Maquia escapes the chaos and destruction of war but is left without a home or family, so she wanders through a forest. Erial is an infant mortal boy, who lost his parents. Maquia becomes his guardian when she comes across him. As Erial and Maquia grow up, the story will follow the development of their relationship.
