The year 2027 marks eight years since the initial outbreak of The Sickness. This highly contagious and adaptive virus is lethal. The Company is a multinational pharmaceutical company that distributes the treatment but also charges high prices. This has left the vast majority of the world in poverty and dependency. David Oscar has given up on fighting. David Oscar has given up hope, and now hides behind a small clinic. David was a member of The Flux. This rebel group is often portrayed as terrorist in media. The Flux believe that The Company is the cause of The Sickness. David has been hiding for years from his past. Members of The Flux find him and convince him to join them on an important mission to discover a cure. When they break into The Company’s secure facilities, they find that there is no cure for The Sickness. Instead, Molly, a young girl, is what they uncover. Molly has been kept captive and subjected for many years to Company experiments. David, his friends and Molly help escape from the Company facility. The mutation in Molly’s body becomes apparent and Flux members discover why she was kept locked up for so many years.
