Independence Day
A strange atmosphere interference causes communications networks around the world to go down on July 2. The military soon discovers that several large objects are on collision course with Earth. Although initially thought to be meteors they soon turn out to be huge spacecraft being piloted and controlled by an unknown alien race. David Levinson is an ex-scientist who became a cable technician after trying to contact the aliens but to no avail. He discovers that they are about to strike major cities around the world in less than one day. The aliens nearly destroyed New York City, Los Angeles, Washington and Paris. In convoys, the survivors headed towards Area 51. This strange testing ground is where it’s believed that the military may have a captured alien spacecraft. They devised a strategy to defeat the aliens and the July Fourth is declared the day that humanity will stand up for its rights. July 4th marks their Independence Day…Gustaf Molin
