Hugo

Hugo, an orphan boy who lives in the walls of Paris’s train station during 1930s Paris, is called Hugo. Hugo learned how to repair clocks and other gadgets through his uncle and father. He then uses these skills to keep the clocks in Paris’ train stations running. He only has one thing left to connect him with his father, an automaton (mechanical guy) that won’t function without a key. Hugo must find the key that unlocks the secret to which he holds it. He meets George Melies (a shopkeeper who works at the station) and his adventurous god-daughter. Hugo discovers that they share a strange connection with his father, the automaton and that it unlocks memories that the old man had about his past. –napierslogs
