Highlander

Russell Edwin Nash, owner of an antique shop in New York City is confronted by Iman Fasil who challenges him to a fight with a sword. Russell is then beheaded. While leaving the stadium, he hides his sword. He is then arrested by police. Russell recalls the 16th-century Scottish life of Connor MacLeod. He is then fatally injured in a fight against another Clan. He survives, and the Clan that he is a part of believes he made a deal with Satan and exiles him from their land. Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez then meets him and explains to him that he can live forever if he’s beheaded. The immortals also disagree on a game of killing one another, and only one wins a prize that includes the power to kill the rest. Russell is freed by police. However, Brenda J. Wyatt (forensic agent) is drawn to the case because she discovered fragments from an old Katana. She follows Russell. MacLeod is being pursued by the immortal Kurgan, with Brenda in the middle. –Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
