This thrilling tale is based on the book “The Good Shepherd”, by C. S Forester. It tells the story of an Allied convoy that crosses the North Atlantic in 1942 and faces constant attack from a German submarine wolfpack. A US Navy Commander is the leader of the convoy’s destroyer screen. This was his first Atlantic crossing. His command responsibility is the focus of the story. He fights against the harsh night and cold and feels exhausted as he pursues down attacking submarines in the dangerous game of cat-and-mouse.
