Elsa & Fred

The story of Elsa and Fred is about two lovers who discover at the end that love can be achieved and dreams can come true. Elsa spent 60 years dreaming about the moment that Fellini imagined: The scene at Fontana di Trevi in ‘La Dolce Vita. It’s the same scene with Elsa, instead of Anita Ekberg. Marcello Mastroianni is absent, but Elsa has that long-awaited love. Fred was a man of integrity who always did the right thing and achieved all he wanted to. He feels confused after the death of his wife and decides to move into a smaller apartment so that he can meet Elsa. Everything changes from that point on. Elsa bursts in his life like an avalanche, determined to show him that time is limited and that it should be enjoyed as it pleases. Fred gives in to Elsa’s madness, her youthfulness, her bravery, and her beautiful madness. This is how Fred learned how to live. He learns of Elsa’s death and decides to help her. –Unknown
