Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Holly Golightly is a Manhattan socialite who fell in love with Paul Varjak, her charming neighbour after one of her many visits to Tiffany’s, New York City’s most dazzling jewel store. Paul Varjak, who is also stuck in an endless creative rut, finds himself attracted to Holly’s shallow world. This is not because he enjoys the thought of Holly reminding him of her brother but because Holly’s captivating charm slowly wins over. Although they are not openly revealing it, they have a history that the reluctant lovers struggle to hide. But, is their past strong enough to keep them apart. Holly and Paul are made for one another. Is a breakfast at Tiffany’s an invitation to young, brisk love? –Nick Riganas
