Chris Norton witnessed his parents argue when he was just a little boy. The power surge causes his mother to vanish and her mother then leaves. Peter Norton, his father claims she was abducted by aliens. Chris, a filmmaker who wants to expose alien abduction hoaxes that have destroyed his family’s lives, is currently in New Mexico. With his crew, he travels to New Mexico with the intention of interviewing people who claim to have been abducted and are part in an alien exhibition promoted by Bill Johnson. Chris meets Emily Reed with his camera Brent. She claims she was taken when she was seven years old and fourteen years. Chris agrees to be with her when she turns twenty-one in three days.
