Arabesque
David Pollock, a professor of ancient Arabic hieroglyphics is an expert. Pollock is convinced by a Middle Eastern Prime Minister to enter the organisation of Beshraavi who is part in an alleged plot against the Prime Minster. It is thought that the hieroglyphic code contains the nature of this plot. Yasmin Azir, Beshraavi’s mistress is a gorgeous mystery that becomes intertwined with the plot. Pollock is dependent on her assistance, and she double-crosses him repeatedly in various escapades, so he doesn’t know who she works for. Together, Pollock and Yasmin decipher and attempt to prevent an assassination. –E.W. DesMarais
