Vladik Zorich, a crime lord, whose tentacles penetrate the sub-belly of Los Angeles, as he deals with guns, gambling and drug trafficking, is double-crossed when his trusted operative Rhona Zoocki (Natalie Burn) comes along. Vladik is driven by his desire for control and power and to kill Rhona, taking Rhona’s son. Rhona then has to take part in the planned extermination of Vladik and other identities. Rhona struggles with Vladik’s violent, twisted enemies and to regain valuable information and goods as her son’s fate hangs in danger. Vladik gives Rhona the rules of his game and commands Rhona to follow them as they navigate the streets of Los Angeles.
